Good services and very clean

Talya is a wonderful and very accommodating dog groomer. I have been taking my 7 year old cockapoo Buddy to her for over a year now and she really is the best groomer I’ve taken him too. Buddy always looks so handsome and dashing when I collect him. Thankyou Tayla excellent service and highly recommend.

We couldn’t recommend Talya more highly! She always goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is comfortable, happy and well looked after. What really stands out is how attentive and dog-focused she is — she takes the time to understand each dog’s individual needs, behaviour and personality rather than treating every dog the same.

You can genuinely see how much she cares about the dogs in her care, and we always feel completely confident leaving our dog with her. The grooming is fantastic, but it’s her patience, kindness and genuine dedication that make her truly exceptional.

I found Talya through a random Google search and couldn’t have been happier to find she was the lady from the shop I used to go to with my cats, just a different location! Absolutely put my mind at ease as she’s always been fabulous with my cats, even my spiky one! 🤣 Cookie was fully relaxed on collection, and smelling and looking amazing! Talya gave a full explanation of what she’d done in the groom and even pointed out a possible ear scratching issue she’d noticed with Cookie, to keep an eye on. 100% recommend!

Talya was amazing! My cat smelt incredible and looked so fresh and clean. What really stood out to me was how relaxed he was afterwards, he wasn’t scared, shaken up, or stressed at all for the rest of the day, which meant so much to me.

She was also fantastic at keeping me updated throughout and even sent pictures, which was such a lovely touch and gave me peace of mind knowing he was happy and being well looked after.

I’m really impressed with the care and attention she gave him. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!
